Marian Márquez is a contemporary Catalan composer with a consolidated career in contemporary opera and instrumental creation. Her music has been performed in Catalonia and Spain in institutions such as the Gran Teatre del Liceu and the Palau de la Música Catalana, and has been presented internationally in France, the Netherlands, Hungary, the United States and Chile.
